November 2024 Update

November has been quite hectic for many reasons I am running as fast as I can to keep up with events. The 2025 conference lineup is nearly finalised, as usual, I am excited to introduce new names to my stage alongside familiar favourites from past conferences. Our Fool year will be an unforgettable Tarot experience!

The Thursday evening gathering at the Marquis has just 12 places left, if you want to join us please pay your deposit to include Thursday evening asap, we don’t want you to be disappointed and miss out! http://tarotconference.co.uk/uk-programme/

Talking of the Thursday ….. David Wells recently announced he is hosting a workshop in Scotland: Discover the Wisdom of Your Past Lives, the response has been amazing and I was reading comments saying it was too far for some to travel so …… In light of this, David will host this workshop as a pre-conference event on the afternoon of Thursday, October 9th, I’ve booked the private room at the Marquis Cornwallis from lunchtime right through to the evening, this is where the workshop will take place while I prepare for the conference at the Holiday Inn ready for Friday. Scroll down here http://tarotconference.co.uk/uk-programme/ Cost: £60.00

It is always an honour to be asked to write the Tarot and Oracle 2024 in Review for Kindred Spirit magazine https://kindredspirit.co.uk/ the article is now available in the winter issue which is now on sale, I chose 15 decks to review, grab a copy and see what tickled my fancy, what deck confused me and which decks will take pride and place on my shelves

Tarot by the Sea my retreat in April is coming together beautifully. I cannot wait to bring this all together, the esoteric history of my corner of the world (Kent) is fascinating. Many of you know that I along with 3 other beautiful souls cleared Arthur Waites’s grave earlier this year (weeds that is not bodies lol) the talented Anna Willatt wrote a brilliant article for Cene magazine which you can read here:

I am delighted to announce the speakers for my Tarot by the Sea retreat, these are all talented Kent based luminaries, there is one twin room left which can be used as a single if you are interested.

That’s all for November, back next month.

I had a truly magical time in Salem. It was my first visit to Massachusetts, and it far exceeded my expectations. Spending time with Betty Jane, who travelled from Canada, was a real highlight. • November 2025 Update

November tends to be a slow month for work, which I deliberately chose. I close my books to focus on things I’ve neglected. Right now, I’m going through my Tarot collection—some decks date back decades, and I honestly don’t know what to do with everything. I’ve accumulated over 100 books and more than 300 decks,…

  • January 2024 Update

The first thing I did as we entered 2024 was to contact potential speakers and venue.  It is important to me that venue contracts are signed, and speakers lined up early in the year, that way I can breathe but still have plenty of room to play with if there are any hiccups along the…

What a whirlwind October has been! As I write this, the conference has wrapped up, and I am already working on our 2025 conference.  Here’s a quick overview of our 2024 conference: our Thursday pre-conference event has turned into the most sought-after ticket in town—and honestly, I’m not surprised; it’s fantastic! The private room upstairs…

  • December 2024 Update

The December Newsletter is always a moment of reflection for me, a time to look back on the year and evaluate the highs and lows. This year’s conference was arguably one of the best we’ve had since the pandemic. And while there were a few behind-the-scenes stresses, it’s essential that all of you see only…
