November 2025 Update

November tends to be a slow month for work, which I deliberately chose. I close my books to focus on things I’ve neglected. Right now, I’m going through my Tarot collection—some decks date back decades, and I honestly don’t know what to do with everything. I’ve accumulated over 100 books and more than 300 decks, with even more shelves to sort through. I really need to devise a plan!  If you have been looking for a particular deck or book, please reach out to me, it may well be sitting on my shelves.

The Tarot by the Sea retreat in March has sold out.  I am so passionate about this event, the venue is stunning—right on the beach in Deal, Kent—and the programme of workshops is very special.   The few days spent by the sea are gentle, restful days where we connect with our cards—no pressure, just time to regroup, refocus, and breathe.

In a spontaneous moment, I decided to host a one-day Tarot event in Canterbury, Kent, on June 6th at the lovely Abode Hotel in the heart of the city. While Canterbury is renowned for its stunning cathedral, nearby lies a historic Witches’ ducking stool, and the city itself boasts a rich and fascinating history. Canterbury is also situated on a powerful ley line that extends all the way to Glastonbury—more details about that if you join us! There is an Early Bird offer of only £90 for this one-day event, which includes lunch. http://tarotconference.co.uk/special-events/ Come join me, Steven Bright, Ari Wisner, Lara Van Zuydam, and Joseph Stretch for a very eclectic day of Tarot.

Planning for the UK Tarot Conference 2026 is already underway. We’ve booked key speakers, and just last week, I had a meeting that will bring something truly special to the event. After all, it’s the Magician’s realm—alchemy will be at play! This year, we’re offering both a deposit option and an instalment plan to help spread out the cost.  http://tarotconference.co.uk/booking/

Finally, the last issue of Kindred Spirit magazine is on the shelves. It has been a pleasure to write the end-of-year Tarot/Oracle reviews for them for many years.  Check out this winter edition and see what decks caught my eye in 2025!

See you next month!
