The Royal Hotel is located in a beautiful setting, literally on the beach, a perfect location for our Tarot by the Sea retreat.
Throughout history, Deal’s location was a hub for sailors and travellers, which contributed to a diverse cultural exchange, including mystical and spiritual ideas. Some local legends and historical references indicate that individuals in Deal were involved in esoteric practices, such as astrology, alchemy, and tarot reading, particularly during the Victorian era when interest in the occult surged in England.

Terms: The deposit to secure your booking is non-refundable unless in the unlikely event WE cancel then it will be refunded in full. You agree to make full payment by 1st February 2027. Payments can be made via monthly instalments. If you cancel before 1st December 2026 this will be refunded less the non-refundable deposit of £100.00. After this date NO refund possible, no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to inform us of food allergies so you can be catered for accordingly.
