April 2026 Update

I’m currently preparing for my Canterbury event on June 6th.  As I do my homework, I find myself thinking about my school days when trips to the cathedral were part of the curriculum. I must admit, I found all the historical details quite boring back then. However, gaining a deeper understanding of the religious and spiritual connections—two very different things—has transformed my perspective and added a new layer of fascination.   I’m loving how the energy intertwines the priests and the witches of Kent, and you’ll have the chance to get a little insight into this if you join us. I’ve also written a fabulous spread, which I believe beautifully incorporates the Ley line energy—sometimes I surprise myself!

The Canterbury event is fully booked, but after speaking with the venue, I’ve been able to release 4 additional spots. If you’re interested, don’t miss out! http://tarotconference.co.uk/special-events

The UK Tarot Conference in October has reached 78 bookings, which is always a meaningful milestone for us Tarot enthusiasts. However, that means only 22 tickets remain, so don’t miss out on what promises to be an incredible event!   http://tarotconference.co.uk/booking/

I wrapped up April with a trip to Marion Kirk’s Oracle Rebellion event in Glasgow.  In the past I’ve received messages from fellow event organisers assuring me they’re not stepping on my toes, honestly, it doesn’t bother me, it’s wonderful to see in-person Tarot events popping up across the country, it’s a sign that all the hard work and sacrifices are paying off. Tarot is growing and becoming more mainstream—we’re no longer the quirky outsiders doing wacky stuff.

I digress ……Hosting an in-person event is no small feat—challenging, stressful, and demanding, especially the first time around. But walking into The Haberdashery in Glasgow and being warmly welcomed, surrounded by Tarot friends from across the country, felt like coming home. The venue was perfect, and everyone was buzzing with excitement for what was to come. The workshops, each tailored to suit the crowd, were fantastic, and kudos to Marion for assembling such a stellar lineup for her first event.

I was thrilled to meet Julia Jeffrey and purchased a signed copy of the Witch Sister Tarot (what a lovely lady Julia is).   A small piece of advice for Marion …… sorry, but the issue with success is that you are going to have to do it all again next year!

November tends to be a slow month for work, which I deliberately chose. I close my books to focus on things I’ve neglected. Right now, I’m going through my Tarot collection—some decks date back decades, and I honestly don’t know what to do with everything. I’ve accumulated over 100 books and more than 300 decks,…

Just back from a Mediterranean cruise, I’ve developed a habit of searching out Tarot shops wherever I travel. Dubrovnik, apparently has quite an active Tarot scene, and I had my heart set on visiting a specific shop I’d researched beforehand. After walking in circles trying to find it, it was closed when I arrived!!!! Peering…

  • January 2024 Update

The first thing I did as we entered 2024 was to contact potential speakers and venue.  It is important to me that venue contracts are signed, and speakers lined up early in the year, that way I can breathe but still have plenty of room to play with if there are any hiccups along the…
