I had a very strange week last week, some weird stuff happened which was so bizarre you could not make up. Nothing bad, but also nothing positive can come out of the situation, so, I literally put on my witches head and talked to myself as if I was my client.

What would I advise someone to do when faced with a situation which felt a little pressured and needed a decision? Well, my talk to me worked, I am going to do F all about it and let it run it course.

Remember we don’t always have to act or react, we can just let it pass, which inevitably it will. Have a good week all.

If you really need something to change in your life, whatever it is, applying Feng Shui will work better if you imply the power of intention to your goal.

Here is how you do this. Think about the issue you wish to resolve/change/enhance then work out the placement via the Ba Gua grid. Spend some time in that area and decide what you can do to change the energy and at the same time what personal result you would like to manifest.

As you create the changes whether it be clearing clutter, redecorating, moving furniture around etc. keep visualising what you need right now and as you throw away unwanted items, imagine you are removing blocks and creating space for new energy.

If you feel inclined when you finish, you can burn or smudge sage for deep spiritual cleansing.

Travel Throwback 🛫👩‍✈️

Some years ago my dear friend Megs, dropped into the conversation that she was a pilot, noooooooo that cannot be true, I knew so much about her and yet she hid this little gem of information. Anyway after much chat, it was decided along with my friend @chrissym261 we would fly to Le Touquet, France for lunch. OMG it was such an exciting day as Chrissy and I held hands in the back of the tiny plane frightened for our lives as we headed over the English channel, we had no need to worry as our lovely Megs, got us there safely.

We found a beautiful seafood restaurant and had the best meal ever and soon we were back on our way to the airport, bumping in to Alan Sugar on the way heading to his private plane. Such happy memories. Megs is one of the funniest people I know, you cannot be in her company without howling with laughter, she is now very poorly and will never fly again. I miss my old Meg and our happy times together, which makes this memory even more special.

@uktarotconference Countdown - 11 – XI - Eleven weeks to go to the 18th UK Tarot Conference! 🙌

Today we connect with the Justice card. Although we often associate Justice with legal dealings and signing of contracts, it is also about creating balance.

There is still an element of uncertainty around the UK Tarot Conference this year, and I am determined not to be in the position of 2020 where we were on, then off, then on, then off finally resorting to a virtual event. This year, to create balance I am offering both an in person and virtual event, if we are not allowed to proceed at the venue, then we are all geared up for a full virtual option. (Not ideal but it will happen one way or another).

I have been working with some incredibly creative people to bring on board fresh and new ideas to make my conference very special, there will be an exhibition, magic and music all added to the mix, so whatever happens in 2021, it will be amazing!

Plants can have a very positive impact on you and your home, they help you feel calm and relaxed decreasing levels of anxiety, they also increase chi, positive energy if placed correctly.

Place a plant in the part of the Ba Gua you wish to stimulate, here are some helpful tips for guidance.

If a plant looks unhealthy ditch it or re-plant in the garden.

Cactus is a no-no in the home because its energy is "spiky” bringing no benefit to any area of the Ba Gua. In fact, if you have cactus and a volatile relationship definitely ditch it!

Money or jade plants are considered lucky in the wealth area.

Bamboo is known for attracting positive energy into the home and is considered good luck in eastern cultures.

Aloe Vera plants are good for health, they have healing properties and considered a ‘good’ feng shui plant.

Bathrooms are a great environment for plants as they are typically a warm and humid. Place an Aloe Vera here or a birds nest fern plant.

If you are looking for a relationship or need harmony in the home try Philodendron, these have soft, heart-shaped leaves that grow quickly. Peonies if you want to attract romance, or Jasmine which is associated with love, beauty, and sensuality.

Travel Throwback - Marrakesh ✈🌍

A place I had on my bucket list for a long time, now a destination I have absolutely NO desire to revisit.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff lovely, however, once outside the cosy luxury of our accommodation, Marrakesh felt a scary place.

As a tourist you are constantly hassled and followed, I almost got mugged (long story) and you dare not stop at a stall in the souk because if you leave without purchasing anything they will find you!

It is incredibly hot, dusty and dirty. We only eat in good quality restaurants when we go on holiday and even then I got a stomach bug so bad it still flares up today, I have never been so ill with food poisoning in my life.

Well that was my experience, done it and got the tee shirt, once was definitely enough!
