February 2026 Update

February has been a busy month; we celebrated Valentine’s Day, welcomed the Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse, and, most notably, announced the upcoming 2026 UK Tarot Conference speakers.

I am thrilled to welcome such a fabulous lineup of speakers, renowned experts and enthusiasts in the world of Tarot and of course, we’ll be exploring the life and legacy of Pamela Colman Smith, alongside other Masters and Magicians of Tarot.

Our 2026 speakers include Sasha Graham, Sophie McKay Knight, Neil Kelso, Carrie Paris, Geraldine Beskin, Barbara Karnekamp, and Susan Wands. Plus, engaging lunchtime workshops with Titania Fey and Kate May.

Additionally, don’t miss our book and deck releases, and exclusive talks with Liz Dean on The Heart’s Path Tarot, Jill Dawson on Pixie, and Jessica Adams discussing Your Birthday.

This will be a sold-out event!

We understand that the ticket price, travel, and accommodation can be a significant outlay. That’s why we offer a £100 deposit option on our website, allowing you to secure your spot now, and you can apply the deposit button at any time towards your ticket, as long as the balance is paid in full by the end of August. On receiving funds, I will always respond with a personal email to let you know how much is on your ticket account. http://tarotconference.co.uk/booking/

Our conference offers access to all workshops, a fantastic goodie bag, dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday. Plus, complimentary tea and coffee all day, with cookies and cake served during breaks to keep you energised.  This is the perfect opportunity to deepen your Tarot journey and connect with like-minded enthusiasts. If you can’t make it in person, we have a virtual ticket option.

Due to fluctuating room prices, the Copthorne Tara has offered a 15% discount code on bedroom bookings for the conference dates.  If you book direct, the code is: EVENTACCOM

Over the coming weeks and months, I will be sharing posts, such as what will be different this year, why the conference is on Friday and Saturday (not Sunday), and fabulous additions to this year’s conference. There is so much to share, and my constant battle is to keep the conference fresh.

Look out for upcoming competitions and ways to get involved.

Oooooohhhhh it is going to be fabulous!

This month, I had a meeting with the events team at The Copthorne Tara Hotel. Julie, my new contact, was delightful, professional, and on the ball, something I haven’t been used to in the past (lol).    She could not have been more helpful, which in turn stops me from hyperventilating!   Although we have a larger…

  • April 2024 Update

You would think six months prior to a fully sold-out conference life would be easy. If anything, it is picking up pace. I honestly don’t know where the time goes. My priority is always the conference, as you know the in person event is sold out, and I have been following up with emails checking that…

We have successfully found our new venue.  After much to-ing and fro-ing the contracts have been signed!  We are returning to Kensington High Street, and I’m thrilled to announce that we’ll be hosting our event at the Copthorne Tara Hotel. We’ve secured the largest space in the hotel,…

  • November 2025 Update

November tends to be a slow month for work, which I deliberately chose. I close my books to focus on things I’ve neglected. Right now, I’m going through my Tarot collection—some decks date back decades, and I honestly don’t know what to do with everything. I’ve accumulated over 100 books and more than 300 decks,…

  • June 2026 Update

On June 6th, I had the pleasure of hosting a one-day Tarot event, held near my home in Canterbury, Kent. After months of pondering themes, I realised that sticking with the title—UK Tarot Conference—was perfectly fine.  Having hosted the Tarot conference for 23 years, I believe the name is well-established and stands strong on its own….
