After a few mega manic days, today I was driving my car moving in slow traffic and instinctively took a really deep breath, sadly I could not remember the last time I just sat quietly and breathed.  I preach this a lot to others when they are having a crisis but like most people who work in the holistic field, we are much better at giving advice than listening to our own.

I don’t think this is necessarily Blog material but I felt the urge to share, just stop and think about the last time you stopped and just breathed.  Let’s make a deal, when you have read this Blog, immediately after, just take one minute out of your day, close your eyes, still your mind and just breathe.  I promise you, something so simple will heighten your awareness, feed your soul and calm the mind.
