    Deposits are non refundable.
    Full payment cancellations must be received in writing or by e mail by 30th July 2025, a refund will be issued less Pay Pal charge.
    Cancellations received after 1st August 2025 – No refund possible. NO Exceptions.
    NB: Thursday evening event is non-refundable.
