    Deposits are non refundable.
    Full ticket payment must be received by 8th August if the ticket held on deposit.
    Full payment cancellations must be received in writing or by email by 30th July 2025,
    a refund will be issued less Pay Pal charge and £60 deposit.
    Cancellations received after 30th July 2025 – No refund possible. NO Exceptions.
    NB: Thursday evening event is non-refundable.
