Cancellation Policy 2026

Deposits are non-refundable but will be exchanged for a virtual ticket if you are unable to attend in person.
Full ticket payment must be received by 1st August 2026. (Unless extension agreed by prior arrangement).
Full payment cancellations must be received by email by 30th June 2026,
a refund will be issued less £100 deposit and PayPal charge.  (Virtual ticket will be offered).
Cancellations received after 1st July 2026 – No refund possible. NO Exceptions.
NB: Thursday evening pre-conference event is non-refundable.
