It’s a Sword Day on my Tarot Diet (Poor Martin)

I pulled the 4 swords today, the advice is: “ It is likely you have experienced a stressful period and therefore need to rest and recuperate. Don’t be afraid to listen to your body’s needs.”  How true this is.  Anyway I have been busy in the kitchen playing with recipes to connect to each of the Tarot suits.  I have been doing this quietly in the background, and today had a lightbulb moment that actually some of you may want to know how this works. You see, I never imagine anyone has any interest in what I do.   My poor husband dreaming of steak and chips and this is what he is coming home to tonight (lol).   The Tarot Diet is going great, and it works not only on an emotional level but guides you through each day to stay on track
